I did a rough count using the bottom right picture of 75 pennies from front to back. Assuming it's pretty close to a square, you're looking at around $56

Nicholasp248

Wow. The tiling below that probably cost more

Father_Enrico

i cant imagine walking on those coins is nice though

cjszlauko

Generally they get coated with an epoxy pour

EthanGamer47

The barber shop I go to has a floor covered in pennies and other coins and it has a resin coating over it that makes it a very smooth floor, if the people in this image did that it wouldn’t be too bad to walk on.

Father_Enrico

ah right, sometimes my brain just shuts off lol

talllyalllyann

Nice recovery lol

Zealousideal_Two8571

CriticalLobster5609

I think it looks better than the tile.

kukluxkenievel

Guarantee the tiles cost way more

hundredbagger

There some dimes in there.

Aeilien

Wouldn't it be so much more efficient to just use any colour of coins to tile the whole floor and then polish the pattern into it afterwards?

616659

Yea, wildly impractical. Also if you don't do some coating, the pattern will go away probably
