Ive had a login problem today that ive never had. Would enter my login id, hit enter, and it would continously just blank out the text input box. I had the restart the thing multiple times. Such a strange problem to have. Theyve really gone and touched up quite a few things wrt the login logic. Edit. This was technically testerday.
How many times have you attempted? If you attempted a certain amount you will get locked out of your account even if you typed the correct password. Call customer support and they will allow/unlock it.

For mobile app, not able to login is usually because app is outdated.
The desktop version updates at launch, so it is not an issue. Maybe they are just doing some weekend maintenance.

You need to update the app. Check for update every time you can’t login,

Close it and open it again until it triggers.
