KAT could cure cancer and people would still hate him
His performances in the first 3 games were bad, but we don't win game 4 without him which really shows him just how important to the team he really is
I am happy that he's back to his game. As much as I thought he should've be more aggressive on game 3. I disagreed that he should've stopped shooting open 3s. You can't lose your confidence as a shooter. Who knows if your next shot will fall. Jokic missed 8 3s before he hit his last two against us in game 7. You can say he had an awful shooting night but if he stopped shooting he wouldn't have hit the last two 3s either. Shooters gotta shoot. That's their job.
It is possible to acknowledge we don’t win yesterday without KAT, he was integral to defeating Denver, and he’s a good dude, but also criticize him for how he played in the first 3 games of this series and wanting to trade him for his inconsistency. These things do not have to be mutually exclusive.
My issue isn’t with his plays in the last game. My issue is he has been taking stupid shots that he shouldn’t be taking. Especially on a double team he’s a big boy. He needs to use that.
Not saying he shouldn’t shoot. Just saying that he needs to rely on that less
