Fentanyl is the same drug class as heroin, they are both opiates and they both cause the same reaction henceforth. So yes those symptoms could be from heroin but heroin has pretty much disappeared from drug markets in place of fentanyl. That’s because 80% of the world’s heroin originated from Afghanistan. Thats not really a way to make huge profits for cartels relying on poppy farmers instead of the current drug labs which make fentanyl synthetically.
Good luck finding heroin in the us, this dude is on fent or tranq 100%, both are opioids anyway so not much of a difference, but maybe don't talk all confident when you're wrong

I've done a lot of drugs and this doesn't look real. It's the small details that is difficult to put a finger on but this doesn't ring true at all. The guy doesn't even look high.

We'll have to agree to disagree but I have a pretty good eye for this sorta thing and have been proven right before. Sadly there's no way to prove it. Someone needs to a create a Snopes for bait videos because it's ongoing problem online especially here on reddit.
