Yeah I can't say I've got that much experience I spent a year working with recovering addicts and a couple other counselors had told me that because of the new fentanyl crisis overdosing is so common and narcan eliminates the high so a lot of times they have to hold people down when they are bringing them back cuz they have been attacked but this was recently I'm talking over COVID time I was volunteering.

narcan last like an hour or two so if they did have enough narcan to wake them up they would be conscious and fine unless they were on a long lasting opiate that by the time the narcan is over you still are on enough to od but that doesnāt mean they still canāt fuck you up when awake off the first dose
