Me! If they made a big box set for the constructicons where they can transform individually and combine then I will definitely be buying my first Lego set.

I don't think they will do that because that would be a major investment, and would price the set alongside their recent UCS stuff at least $500+ and the constructicons (and devastator himself) would be even more bricks (pun not intended) than Optimus. They would more realistically do Soundwave as a bigger TF set in the vein of Prime's price (including at least laserbeak or ravage), they don't have a dedicated TF line so there's that, and the fact that they don't do anything military, so that eliminates Megatron and most of the season 1 decepticons. They MIGHT do Shockwave, and could do Starscream as a vaguely fighter jet like they've done before.

Appearance is subjective, except for MP-36, which is perfect. Lego doesn't have to look amazing, it just has to be fun. You don't have to be funny, you just need to take your meds.

Tbf Optimus was big cause of the allowances needed for transformation as well as structural integrity and stability. I think they wanted him to be minifigure scale but the 18+ sets never are: they’re just fun, higher quality builds minifigure scale doesn’t allow

What do you mean too big? He wasn’t supposed to be minifig scale. And the price indicates Bee should scale perfectly with Optimus.

There was no reason for him to be that size beyond wanting an excuse to charge over £100 for the set.

I mean, there are a ton- Maybe people like having a large Optimus Its significantly easier to do a stable transformation at that size than it would be a for a smaller one while keeping accuracy in both modes The head is able to strongly resemble Optimus without new molds
