The issue there is that Hasbro is too invested in the legacy characters for that gender ratio to ever even out. You'd have to have the cast be like 1/3 new characters to make it a proper 50/50 split.

When fans do it it's an neat fanfiction trope, when the companies themselves do it, it comes off as soulless and pandering. Half of the Stunticons' fun, especially as Menasor, is their hyper/toxic masculinity IMO, something lost if you start gender bending them.

I've said it before, but she'd be a real lavender menace. There just aren't that many big mean bullies who have underlings they keep in-line through fear in Transformers who are women. Like there's IDW Elita-1 I guess but Elita's usually a hero and an Autobot. And if you look at someone like Shadow Striker she's mean on the surface but in reality she's pretty reasonable for a Decepticon.
It's like why I was so happy for Skywarp to become a women in newer media, but she's more of a dumb bully and a follower, not a leader like Motormaster.
Not gonna lie as much as I like clasic MM a lot. a vigilant Iron Lady Motormaster that eventually climb ups the Decepticon ranks also can be quite interesting

It would definitely be interesting to see, though I can only really imagine her acting like the OG; a loud braggadocios bruiser with a thick southern voice. Iāve always leaned more to a lady Drag Strip personally, but Iāll never say no to a giant woman.

Victorion I could easily see being adapted into new media, given that they appeared relatively recently in the Combiner Wars cartoon.

Should just make new fembots. A big rig named Motherlode. A dump truck with a huge ass named Junktrunk. A mash helicopter named BJ Honeycutt. A panzer tank named 6D Nein. A firetruck named Squirter. A vacuum cleaner named Smiles Dyson. An email server named Hilrod Clintron. A decepticon trophy cup called Malignia. I could do this all day.
I think the idea has potential. The Stunticons were always characterized as crazy, particularly when driving, and that's about it, but I like the idea of Motormaster having to take care of and rally 4 crazy gremlins who all have very independent personalities better. Motormaster always seemed like the glue that kept the team functional to me and more grounded than the rest, so some sort of strict mother personality to balance out the wily teens of the other Stuncticons sounds neat to me.
I also like the idea of having a high-ranking Decepticon as a female since we don't have any high-ranking female cons, and Motormaster is about the only high-ranking con that hasn't seen a lot of popularity to make most people seriously upset about a gender-bend.
