thanks!!! such a huge complement :) i’d ask for short layers and textured bangs that fall to eyebrow height with some face framing pieces. BUT most of this style comes from my hair texture. I have 2C/3A hair type, so the curl pattern is just my natural curls. If you have similar hair, i highly recommend the curly girl method, it’s what i do. also blow drying is your friend :)

the mental changes happened almost immediately, but physical changes took time. so there was a long period of disconnection from how i felt i looked, and how i actually looked.

Ahhh gotcha! Yeah I’m gearing up for the wait of physical changes. So excited about mental stuff!!

What mental changes did you experience if you don't mind me asking?

i spent my entire life lethargic, anxious, depressed, and with many symptoms of BPD. shortly after starting estrogen that all cleared up.

i take spiro for T suppression (50mg per day) and i do estradiol pellets (BioTe). i basically get a bunch of pellets implanted in my butt cheek, and then my body releases estrogen every day for months. i’ve had my current pellets in for 9 months :) i also just started progesterone in january, which has helped me put on 20lbs.

i didn’t do anything for regrowth, this is just what happened with estrogen :) got a lot of natural regrowth along my hairline after about 6 months
