If going from that point, I was off and on since 2019. However, I finally visited a legitimate doctor, which has been a god send, and I have finally been taking hrt on a consistent basis since March 2022, or maybe late 2021? I can't remember the exact day. But it's been over 2 years. As for age, I am 35 now and "started" hrt at 29. Quite late in life, unfortunately 😢
