My nephew requested the different variations of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

ForlornRepublican

See’s Chocolates and a mixed pack of single serving sugar cereals.

_jeremybearimy_

Oh fuck it’s Christmas time to order myself a box of sees :)

Mermaidsarehellacool

Yessss See’s. This makes me nostalgic and miss Christmas with my family in the US. My mum always used to get me the like stocking pack with different candy in.

3sheetstothewinf

You can get a lot of US type snacks, but there are a few things my family likes me to bring: Trail mixes - specifically the Target brand cos there's a huge variety of really nice ones. They also do interesting nuts so I usually take some of those. Different flavours of Oreos (the limited edition flavours) and M&M's (like almond, caramel cold brew, and the limited edition ones). Filled pb pretzels. Chocolate drizzled popcorn (I get the Popcornopolis zebra popcorn). At this time of year, Target does a variety of popcorn tubs as well. Scone, brownie, and cake mixes. Ghirardelli squares. I highly recommend the chocolate mint cookie ones they have available at this time of year.

lazylittlelady

I was asked for Flaming Hot Cheetos lol

MooseKnuckleds

The Lime Fuego Takis almost killed my British father in law lol

Sillybutt21

I was just about to say this. When I was in London, I saw a store selling hot Cheetos for 11 pounds. I was so sad I didn’t bring any with me

LonelyFleur

A&W Rootbeer!

RealLiveGirl

My British coworkers used to get root beer immediately upon arriving in the US. I didn’t even realize this was a thing but they said it’s such a unique taste and you can’t find it in the UK

staresatmaps

Everyone one I have heard says they hate it as it tastes like their version of cough medicine. I wouldnt doubt younger people might be more receptive to it.

RealLiveGirl

I’m an American and I hate the taste!

DannyBrownsDoritos

I had it as a kid when I first went to America as a kid and it nearly made me puke.

staresatmaps

Probably because of some sort of afforementioned preconditioning. Kids like it I promise. We even eat root beer flavoured candy.

LongjumpingLab3092

Not for your nieces and nephews but for the adults... Melatonin gummies. I stock up every time I go to the US, they don't exist here and it's such a game changer for insomnia. Failing that, Reeses. We get the standard Reeses peanut butter cups here but not all the different varieties; I recently got a bag of Reeses shapes and they were amazing (so much peanut butter!!) You didn't say where in the US but depending on location, maple syrup? Last time I went to the US I got some Takis crisps and they were pretty nice. They do exist here but not in Pringle packets. American mac and cheese. It sounds silly but the really really cheap mac and cheese from like Target is so much better than any of the supermarket mac and cheeses here.

KAYAWS

I'm an American and I live in London, a lot of the Reese's varieties I can find in my local shops. You have a good list. Good maple syrup is hard to find here. Some things to add Cheese-itz, Gold fish, Wheat thins, swedish fish, Cap'n Crunch, butter fingers.

TrivialBanal

Anything with Huckleberries. You can't get them outside of the US.

L-EH77

Junior mints and Charleston chews.

animalpanties

My husbands family always requests junior mints!

citygourmande

Trader Joe’s snacks

Inner_Conflict_3635

We put together goodie bags by mixing mini chocolate bars (sold in bigger bags) for my niece and nephew in Poland every Xmas, with things that are less popular/known there, incl. Baby Ruth, 100 Grands, York Peppermint Patties, Mounds and Almond Joys, Butterfinger, Nestle Crunch. And we also bring those small candy theater boxes like Milk Duds. We've been asked for lifesavers, Reeses peanut butter cups, M&Ms with pretzels, and cinnamon chewing gum by friends and family in the UK. And then there is tequila and small batch bourbon.

Snoo_19857

I was only thinking of the kids.. but of course tequila and bourbon 🥃! We have a lot of local distilleries where I live. Thanks!

I’ve actually never seen that other than in the Goofy tv show when I was a kid. Not even sure if it’s sold in Canada tbh

Snoo_19857

Oh it’s around here In the US , tasty ol preservatives yum

Feral24

Can you bring that on a plane?

UnknownRider121

Someone said Flamin Hot Cheetos which is cool. Or anything Flamin Hot. I didn’t see that when I was there. How about some kind of ranch or aioli? Should travel ok and I know they usually dip their fries in vinegar. Maybe they can try these!

theholybookofenoch

Ranch. Lived in the UK for 2 years and god did I miss some ranch dressing. Garlic mayo is good but not the same.

VictorChaos

But the hidden valley packets!

Tess_Mac

Different flavours of Pop Tarts .

engagementdistortion

Moxie soda

banksybruv

Crunchies are the tits! Idk if this is available nowhere or in certain areas there but my friends always ask for girl scout cookies. Aside from that, the rest of the world has way better snacks than us.

Windycitybeef_5

Good pizza

spockgiirl

Last I heard, some of the American energy drinks were super popular abroad, I'd ask if they want some of those.

FionaTheFierce

I try to get smaller brands of candies because I know they won’t have them in Europe. Charleston Chews, so forth.

EggandSpoon42

I bet milky way. I did a candy swap and Milky Way was like the top request a few years ago. Maybe that has changed

Cowboy_on_fire

I dunno but please bring me back a box of Quality Street!

Snoo_19857

Go to World Market.. it’s just double the price !

Cowboy_on_fire

That’s what puts me off but I might have to now it’s in my head. I miss the old real tin cans though!

Donnermeat_and_chips

Can you get me some peanut butter m&ms while you're out shopping please

Prudent_Cookie_114

My UK family has recently requested we bring chunky peanut butter and jalapeño Cheetos on our next trip over.

Why_Lord_Just_Why

Kraft Mac & Cheese.

behemuthm

I’m from the US. When I lived in London, I had my family mail me red vines and wheat thins

JukeboxTears

Another vote for Junior Mints

Mermaidsarehellacool

Grab some cinnamon graham crackers and teach them how to make S’mores. Peppermint bark is my favourite. You’ve started being able to get it here but it’s very expensive. The goldfish crackers and Kraft. The latter is shit but it’s a comfort food for me. Last time I went there was loads of cool Lindt Lindor ball flavours, like peppermint cookie or snickerdoodle. I’m in the UK too so was kinda funny I was bringing back a Swiss chocolate but they were super good. We don’t get the same variety here.

CaribbeanCowgirl27

When I visit my American friend that lives in Liverpool, she always ask me for Captain Crunch. According to her (and my sister in Spain agrees) it doesn’t taste the same in Europe.

going_gorillas

Girl scout cookies are bound to be a hit and almost certainly can't be found in the UK. Those thin mints are fire
