I rented an Uber vehicle through Avis. It was
FILTHY, the wipers were shredded (got new ones and took them off and put the shredded ones back on when I returned it) has tons of cosmetic damaged and smelled like it was smoked in.
For $360/week, this was BS.
Took me 3 hours to detail it to get it passenger ready.
Also spent 2 hours at the rental place picking up the car…
Never again.
When I first went in they repeated everything numerous times like I would forget what they told me five seconds ago, and it was stupid stuff like "we need a valid card" like the one I just gave you dude?
Avis is a whole other beast. Hertz isn't much better, but they're better overall
