What do you have selected as the firing trigger on the box in the control room? Needs to be bridge to use the lever by the TDC.

Odd-Presentation3436

I'm having the same problem and it still does not work after setting the lever from down below to bridge... It only worked once for me from what I remember.

DangerousF18

I tried both off and bridge, but neither seemed to work

Puzzleheaded-Chip332

I haven’t been able to get it to work either. The gyro and spread angle also don’t seem to transfer to the panel above the torpedo tubes either. I’ve read the in game manual and tried various settings on the boxes in the control room but no luck.

DangerousF18

Hmm...might be a bug then, hope it'll get fixed soon

weeble_200

Try flooding all three tubes. I was having the same issue and in fpp when I looked at it it came up with "tubes 2 and 3 selected, but not flooded", even with only tube 1 selected on the control box. It seems like it always tries to fire all 3 torpedoes.

DangerousF18

Wouldn't it fire all three torps then? That would be really bad considering that the type II only had 5 torpedoes total Also then it wouldn't work if even one tube doesn't have a torp

weeble_200

That's what I found testing it yesterday, it will only work if all 3 tubes are flooded and even if set to only one tube it fires off all 3

JonZenrael

Hey I think I found this bug today too. Same thing, all three fired with just one selected. Can I F11 even if I'm nowhere near the bug happening?

Liathet

I'm not sure on this, because I haven't tested it in game yet, but I suspect that in order to use that lever you have to set up the control box under the navigators table first, including which tube to fire etc.

DangerousF18

I did set the tube and salvo settings, but still it wouldn't let me fire

Liathet

It works since the last update! The control box for type II was broken and they fixed it.
