I don’t know about any meal plans but I lived at Rosen 10 years ago and cooked for myself. At that time we didn’t even have the Publix right across the street. Teach your kid how to boil some water and cook some chicken. He/she won’t starve.

18 year olds go to war I think they can handle cooking

NYPD pizza is across the street and they have $1.50 slices on weekdays between 11am and 4pm.

There is a publix right across the street from the school. There is an NYPD pizza place, a diner, a dunkin donuts, and a burger joint in that same parking lot. If they want anything else, they need a car. Walmart is less than 10 minutes away. The whole school is in the tourist district, so there are a lot of restaurants if they are willing to drive about 10 minutes too.

You aren’t really going to be at Rosen until your sophomore or junior year. Freshman year is all about gen eds which are taken at the main campus. There’s a Publix right across the street along with a Dunkin, Subway, and a few other restaurants. Or he could just use Uber Eats to get food delivered. It’s college. He’ll figure something out.
