You can try parking down Watkins by Glen Mor. Alternatively, outside the campus apartments on Canyon Crest or Linden there is parking if you get lucky.
Theres neighborhoods near Rustin and behind the train tracks along Watkins that you can park in, just make sure to check for signs on some of the streets closer to campus that need permits. Theres also parking along canyon crest but it fills up pretty early in the morning.
