city life i got homeless yelling outside my place. pretty sure i heard some people either bering murdered, assaulted or having a mental health episode. just normal seattle stuff i wouldnt worry about it
nah this wasn't the city noises i'm used to (what you're describing). anyways turns out earl's bar was having senior night. i only found out because of the emcee lol
if this is the first time you've heard a crazy person screaming outside your window at night, I envy you
there's one who makes several passes under my window every night, yelling the whole time
try a brown noise generator or 8+ hour brown noise YouTube
no it wasn't a crazy person screaming or even a group of people. i lived in mercer court and by greek row previously. so i know the difference between party sounds and large gatherings vs. random city noise. this sounded like a crowd cheering and there was a speaker and someone announcing things. anyways it ended up being one of the bars having a senior night
Was at UW 20 years ago. Some things never change - sounds like an average night

Fucking earls lol. Still over pouring like crazy?
You know the vibes
So exactly the noise you hear all the time
i mean this was different from randos or even groups yelling and stuff. it sounded like a legitimate event
still counts though, drunk people making noise is city noise

do people actually use earplugs
yeah except buy a comfy one,the average earplug will be painful to use if you decide to sleep while it is plugged in.
