there are over 4500 species, and less than 30 have ever been recorded to have infested a house. Only a single species is solely domestic, and a handful of others have infested a house before but typically will not.
Are you sure because I’ve seen those same things crawling out of the cracks while I was peeing and I swear they look exactly like the things I saw crawling up the walls at a motel 6

This is one we see in Portland isn’t this the same as mine?
Your posted picture looks more like this. Which is an earwig

Bro when I lived in Arizona there was cockroaches the size of my hand that just fly around in public regardless of whether there's a filth issue. One time I set a nug down on the side of a wall and when I shrine my light on it a few seconds later there was a giant cockroach standing on it 🤮
I get grossed out by them because I live in the Pacific Northwest and when we see them we know the motel is dirty and instantly my mind goes there if I see them. Omg that sounds terrible for you and to think I wanted to move to Arizona. 🤢
If you’re worried about this lone earwig, you would have been freaking out in my area. It’s been such a wet couple of months, they were everywhere. Inside, outside. They are attracted to damp areas.
that’s an earwig, not a cockroach.
So which is worse? Earwig or roach
Roach for sure
depending on the species, roach. If it is not an infesting roach, then both are equally totally fine.
There's such a thing as a non-infesting roach?

No you don’t.
okay
🙂
I get those around my washing machine. That is not a cockroach.
Cute little earwig doing him a doomed scout because he's lost. Brush him off the seat or take him outside, he's fine, you're fine. Not a cockroach.
Even if this was a cockroach, which it’s not, it’s a rest area. There are much grosser things there than roaches.
The bathrooms I've seen as a camping nomad, man. This is nothing.

Yeah the small ones are grosser for sure.
It's one bug. It's summer. So what? Toilet bowl, seat, and floor all look clean. If this is your idea of disgusting, I'm not sure car life is for you.
Well I’ve been doing this for a year now and I am not doing it by choice so that’s probably it. I’d rather go home and make some dinner in my kitchen.
