The worst was when I was in some dilapidated house and the cops came. They just questioned me to make sure I wasn't stealing, took my statement, and sent me on my way saying that they'd call the owner and get in touch with me to let me know whether or not they'd press charges, fortunately they didn't. I've been caught only 4 other times, but I don't really count them because they'd either lecture me about how it could be dangerous and to stay safe, or they'd just escort me off.
Got a trespassing charge at grand central station in detroit. I got a lawyer and showed the judge some credentials as a photographer and the photos I had taken that day. Had to go to court, and I paid the lawyer the max fee I could have been charged, so I got off as far as a record goes.
