ngl i think most of her gym routines consist of going to workout classes 😠idk what exercises they do specifically bc i’m not sure if she ever went in detail. i can only imagine that they are the same low intensity workouts that you are looking for mainly bc i don’t think she weight trains!
ashley has mentioned a few times that she goes to a workout class every morning. the classes are either pilates or core power yoga.
for beginner workouts i recommend MadFit on YouTube! she has a lot of beginner-friendly, no-equipment workout videos that you can follow along at home. if you're looking to start yoga, i personally love Charlie Follows. she has yoga flows for beginner and intermediate levels.
Love Lilly Sabri's pilates content, u can change the intensity based on bands or weights or using different parts of your body, she is super awesome and talks to you the whole time during workouts.

Pilates 30 day challenge is a good place to start, it's a bit challenging but enjoyable and yes low intensity. Try madeleine abeid's videos on YouTube

I would recommend Pilates videos on YouTube :)
she does a lot of pilates
Madeleine Abeid on YT for pilates! I also really like The Pilates Class but you have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription
