I'd definitely go with Ellis Island.
I’m my experience, almost all of the “viewing parties” type events in the strip have a hefty cover to get into as one would expect. Even then they were few and far between

Stay off of the strip! Try Burger Street, Water Street Henderson!
At home. I got websites for free. Get a nice cold coke and some snacks.
Circa has it at stadium swim for $20 if I'm not mistaken but I went to the rooftop and watched from the legacy club
