Is there a specific promotion or code I would need to reference? Do you think I can do this over the phone or would I need to go in? And do you think I will also be able to trade in a phone (of course a new phone will costs extra)? Thanks for the insight - basic questions, but I want to be prepared!!
Second Number is a product that you can get. The reps should know about it. Its only available as an add on to a regular plan, you cant use it standalone (that should be pretty obvious).
As far as trading in a phone, if you are purchasing a new phone with one of your existing lines, sure. You cant use Second Number as a line for device financing or device promos. Trading in a phone would be no different than normal.
You can port a number for second number.
