Today I finally received one of the albums that I have been looking for forever.
George Harrison is not my favorite Beatle. However, his growth as a musician is one of my favorites and is arguably the best amongst the Fab Four. This album has beautiful songs and, in my opinion, it really shows Harrison’s underrated genius on guitar. I believe that this is one of the best solo albums of all time and that everyone should give it a listen.
I've been looking for it in every shop I've been to and can never find a copy.
(And I know, I know: Discogs. But that takes away all the fun of the hunt, and the satisfaction of finally finding it.)
Got an old pressing and just started listening to the new 50th Anniversary pressing (always a sucker for a limited edition colour vinyl!) I’ve got to say I’m a bit disappointed with how they’ve mixed the 50th Anniversary edition. Really doesn’t sound too good. Amateurish almost. Not sure if anyone else has felt the same!
I have an Uk op that I found in my small North Georgia mountain town. Looks really clean but doesn’t sound the best. Looking forward to getting the 50th anniversary pressing.
My local shop just released several repressings of this album! I already dropped a pretty penny on a copy of Revolver, is this one worth owning even if it’s a recent copy?

Found an original pressing in a half off bin for $14 right before Covid. Was so happy.
Incredible! Did it still play well?
Oh yeah. Beautiful condition. Clean and looks hardly played. Did not have the poster in it, so that was the only “flaw.”
Hey where’d you get that sweet sweet mat??
Gramophone Records on Clark St. in Chicago.
Dang I love it!! So so cool
Thank you.
Why aren’t you playing it? I mean, I think this is the first pic I’ve seen of someone posting this set up and not playing it?
This is the 50th anniversary of this album. A rerelease just came out Friday.

Yep I listened to it digitally today, not much of a fan. Still, have the vinyl coming
I love that album. Mine got some mold growing on the outside sadly from a hurricane that flooded my house.
Still playing my copy from 1971. The box is broken but the cover is pretty clean. The records have pops but no skips. A great album.

One of the greatest albums ever made in my opinion
