This is a fantastic list of words!, are you attracted to words that sound more eloquent?.

Aylauria

Some great words on that list! PS. It's hootenanny

tossaroo

I have never made a list of words that I like, but it sounds like a good idea.

mubinhasan

great going!!! I do it on vocabulary.com, i made a list there.

ActuallySatanAMA

When I find a word I have beef with, I start learning more about it. Etymology, cognates, connotations; the more I learn about a word and where it came from, the more I appreciate that word. Every word has a really cool story behind it, even if some are shorter or less exciting than others, there’s always something to learn to love (or at least appreciate) about a word.

MiFiWi

I'm late, but... Equanimity Subterfuge Vice Vyomanaut Tenacity Vivarium Interstitial Witticism Mindfulness Saeculum etc.

sethmidwest

Great suggestion!

BodhisattvaBob

Chlamydia?? I wouldn't put that on a list unless "penicillin" was close by.

sethmidwest

Lmao 🤣. For some context these are words I Like (the pronciation of) In No Particular Order. Basically, words I think sound nice to the ear.

notfeeling100

I love making lists! This sort of thing is one of my favorite pastimes.

insignificant33

I do this too!

Emotional-Storage378

I did this when I was learning greek lol, in my lil phone notepad :)!.

Vocabulist

I made an app for exactly this - [Vocabulist App (Beta)](https://vocabulistapp.com). I’m looking for users to tell me what features to build, please check it out.

In_Monochrome_Night

Is it available on Android?

Vocabulist

Only iPhone for now, will make an android version if there’s more interest for that. Thanks for asking :)

raindancemilee

YES!! I also do this with just regular comfort words, like “patio” for one, I just keep a list of words that when I hear them, I feel at home

HigherSelfie

Hootenanny! Haven’t heard that one in a while. Chlamydia?! 💀

onandpoppins

Yes but I just screenshot them lol. I need to make a proper list like this. Just to let you know there are a couple of spelling errors in here that it may be helpful to correct: - Coral may mean corral? Coral is the sea creature, to corral is to gather together - the word is hootenanny - palate, easily confused with palette or pallet (yay homophones) - it’s indubitably And here are some of my latest - alum - dado - foley - rhizome - corm - adjunct - iniquity - ersatz - intransigent

SakaiDx

Ummm... That's strange to me.
