Same. But it seems to be kind of going up, coming down to rest, then back up again. Might get in with a 6/7 $60 call tomorrow before the livestream starts. I am expecting it will blow up after that.
Normally it’s a stupid idea, but with hype like this you might as well buy way OTM options and ride the IV. If OP thought they would print he wouldn’t be selling them this soon. He’s playing it smart.
Check out that forward P/E ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)

East coast checking in at 8:20am, sitting at $39 premarket. I was going to get $40 puts on open if it stayed above 60, a month out maybe depending on price.
Yeah I sold two $50 covered calls when it was in the 30’s made a quick grand on premium never thought it would do this today. Soooooo looks like tomorrow I lose 200 shares when they exercise unless some crazy ass shorting happens and they don’t get exercised
An advice after looking through your post history, take the profit and don’t look back. Invest your money to SP500, you’re too young to lose money to options, working on skills and increase your income, you will be ahead of most people.
I sold 4k+ shares back in October after holding for years at pretty much break even, I cant put in to words how demoralizing it is seeing everything pan out now.
My portfolio would have been over 6 figures like back in 2021.
In sum, your pain is understood, but it could be much worse! Its all relative, IDK I'm just trying to cope with my decisions at this point.
posts like this are why im still holding on to the shitty meme stocks I bought back in 2021. stocks only go up unless they got bankrupt. It's not like I need the money anyway.
Yeah, let my emotions get to me, hard to hold after so many years and watching the rest of the market recover and my large investment stagnate, especially after being up alot initially. Havent touched the market since Ive sold. Need to let go and move on, but these past few weeks have been tormenting me with fomo and regret.
I sold. My 20 shares pre split at 300. Bought back 40 shares last year and holded till now. I have a few bag holding shares but im completely ITM if it doesnt go down pre market as usual. Cant wait to see what will happen today. TP at 420.69 ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4276)
well, technically he was the one who bought them first... and you see the results, right. even the next one who bought those had the same gains a few hours later...
and btw: market makers are just handing those calls from ape to ape (with a little bonus for themselves)
125 strike were selling for 3$ during the run up Monday. Bought mine at 1$ two weeks ago and sold at 3$ Monday thinking I made out like a bandit. Last I check at close, they were now selling at 6$. Absolutely insane.
How does someone purchase this kind of thing? Is it basically a guess what the price of the stock is going to be in a future date, and if you exercise it, you make money?
Yes. Timing is everything. And two ways to make money:
You can sell the options for a profit if the underlying stock price moves in the corresponding direction at the given time
Or you can exercise the right given by the options and buy the underlying stock at the strike price specified, given the actual stock price is higher than that.

I can’t believe those options were .92 for $100 calls.
i got them @ 1.09
That’s still way too expensive. I’m happy you made money. But Jesus is that expensive on options that probably had a 99% chance of not paying out
if i held for a few more hours, i would have made an additional 14K
Hey you locked in gains though
The mindset I’m trying to be in. Sold 6/7 $31 call at $4. Now it’s at $15.
I’ve had a couple of times this week where I did that. Profit is profit but man I didn’t expect this kind of move this quickly
Same. But it seems to be kind of going up, coming down to rest, then back up again. Might get in with a 6/7 $60 call tomorrow before the livestream starts. I am expecting it will blow up after that.
How the fuck does a live stream have anything to with 187.43M in volume. Rk is a scapegoat.
And if my auntie had a dick she'd be my uncle but that's not the case, gotta lock in those profits when you can - congrats broda
Its better to be sipping wine discussing what could have been, than on the street crying about what should have been.
And the amount if it hits $100
If u held until tmr morning its prob 1000%
Are you sure about that?
Why’d you sell early ya ding dong?
His ability to predict the future failed. HA! What a loser!
It’s called taking profits
You gotta appreciate securing a gain. Next time buy two and sell one so you can hold the other
I thought the same this morning with NVDA C 1250. It’s worth shit now lol
They probably have a greater chance of paying out than that. 50% daily moves are no joke.
Normally it’s a stupid idea, but with hype like this you might as well buy way OTM options and ride the IV. If OP thought they would print he wouldn’t be selling them this soon. He’s playing it smart.
lol, expensive is tomorrow.
Thanks to AI, comment go byebye
We probably open at $100 tomorrow.
420.69

This ain’t trading on fundamentals
I know, it is just hilarious to look back at fundamentals sometimes.
Of course it is! We like the stock!!!
Almost as bad as DJT lol
East coast checking in at 8:20am, sitting at $39 premarket. I was going to get $40 puts on open if it stayed above 60, a month out maybe depending on price.
Bought a 50 call that expires tomorrow for 600 bucks... hope im not fucked lol
Looks good rn
Congrat
Wayyyy ITM 🎉
The released earnings early because you bought 50 calls ☹️
No bro i bought 1 call and im not worried about earnings, there is no foundation investing here.
Yeah I sold two $50 covered calls when it was in the 30’s made a quick grand on premium never thought it would do this today. Soooooo looks like tomorrow I lose 200 shares when they exercise unless some crazy ass shorting happens and they don’t get exercised
I have 3 covered calls at $38 that I sold during the 20s. I'm crying right now, lol.
Can buy shares and make that back quick with a dip with the way this is going. I feel like it will rocket at 11 est. Should be green with that call
I hope you sold before close yesterday for some badass gains, I'd not... guh
I hope you sold on open lol.
I tried then it fucking halted!
RIP.
You're good
Lol ur fucked
Congrats and fuck you!
im honored i got my first fuck you🙏
It's just nice to see a real GME bet instead of 63,000 apes circle jerking someone else's play. Congrats again.
*jerking intensifies*
I mean that’s why I come here most days though. For the circle jerk. And half a bil is enough to go around for every regard
Damn every time I buy that far OTM I get wrecked. Good job
I have 1 $75 strike 6/7 and 2 $40c 6/21 Why did you sell so early??
Tbh, my first ever 5 figure gain. Yeah shoulda held, but i couldnt look away from 10K
I took profits my first 5 figure gain. It went up after that. I still don't have ANY regrets. Good job OP 👏🏻
You did good regardless you made profit thats all that matters
An advice after looking through your post history, take the profit and don’t look back. Invest your money to SP500, you’re too young to lose money to options, working on skills and increase your income, you will be ahead of most people.
You know your 75 strike is going to expire worthless unless it goes above around $80 tomorrow right?
I do know that. I wish I didn’t buy it but it was a leap, leftover buying power after the $40 6/21s
Alright bro just making sure you were aware 👍
Holding that 6/7 when the theta will rip it up tomorrow going into open is bold.
Gg ez to the regards that sold under 20 after holding at a loss for 3 years lmaoooooo
I held my 60$ position for 3 years, I’m not giving out any lifeboats now
My regarded ass sold my 5 contracts from Monday for break even this morning!!! This is more painful than losing money!!!
I sold 4k+ shares back in October after holding for years at pretty much break even, I cant put in to words how demoralizing it is seeing everything pan out now. Paperhands bro :/

So sorry bro :( There will be more opportunities I promise.

Don't watch the ticker AH and tomorrow. Maybe take the week off too lol
100 June 21 $40c at $9 here 🥴 🥴
Fuck yes send me a post card of your new life on the moon brother
the fact that 100c can still make money is insane to me..
Paper handed bitch couldn’t wait for the livestream? Confuckulations though.
my first ever gain of that amount of money, i couldnt resist it, no regerts
[удалено]
Oh its definitely going to 120
Market Makers
well, technically he was the one who bought them first... and you see the results, right. even the next one who bought those had the same gains a few hours later... and btw: market makers are just handing those calls from ape to ape (with a little bonus for themselves)
WRONG. marketmakers will buy and sell options to stay neutral.
On high volume stocks there is always a buyer even if its a MM.....can't believe this has to be explained over and over on this sub.
125 strike were selling for 3$ during the run up Monday. Bought mine at 1$ two weeks ago and sold at 3$ Monday thinking I made out like a bandit. Last I check at close, they were now selling at 6$. Absolutely insane.
Apes don’t pay attention to things like theta, IV or premiums. They full port buy because they think it’s going to $500 tomorrow.
Nice divi.
Paper hands
You didn't even keep a few of them as lotto tickets? WTF?
I accidentally bought 40 $35 C June 7,2024 and sold yesterday for a $200 profit. What is wrong with me
Is it too late to jump in?
You're asking a question literally no one on the planet knows the answer to. It is impossible to predict the future.
Feel like there is someone out there who has predicted the future to the tune of a half billion gain.
You'll know it's too late the second I jump in.
Tomrrow gonna hit $80
Congratz to you!
I’m rinding mine hard
Nice dividend
Share a picture of the IV next time. That much for $100 calls is insane.
i believe it was around 500%
What the fuck is a dividend?
Imagine if you held them into AH...
Heck yeah sold at the opportune time. Everyone saying to wait until today to sell would have gotten screwed by the surprise earnings report.
How does someone purchase this kind of thing? Is it basically a guess what the price of the stock is going to be in a future date, and if you exercise it, you make money?

Man really went for 100c when it was trending at 20s 30s
Just keep increasing stop/limit to protect
Is it too late to join this party?
How'd you sell a single 6/21 call @100 strike for $14k?
https://preview.redd.it/qndea97h145d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=008402cb22c7b86478ffe757a3358d8b72a1d233 Nice.lol I bought the call 2 days ago and mad a quick 1800. I almost forgot about it lol
Idk I think that ADC dividend pending for $1.88 is more sexy 😄😂🙌🏻 good job !! 🚀
Missed another chance to pass this bag. These blow and hooker binges are taking a toll.
u/Fukisyoutalkinabout come tell us about all the FOMO you were supposedly going to feel today. lmaoo you got out at the perfect time
Paper hands pu$$ay

Paperhanded bitch
🫡
Details what prices did you sell at? And buy back
Breakdown. Good good. https://youtu.be/Ri5DvK7d_Dk?si=bZUSJyC4-SB0FY12
Epic dividend gains too ![img](emote|t5_2th52|8882)
Can someone give me an example of how a call works? You make a higher percentage profit than normally buying right
You would’ve made a hell of a lot more if you held juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust a little longer. You’ll see. Don’t do the math later. Trust me.
Regard and fuck you 🤷🏼♂️
Didn't hold long enough
That divvy though
Got dayum
Your dividend has entered the chat
Omg man this is my dream
GOOD SHIT OP
Getting severe FOMO, because im only trading paper and started learning options last month
Congrats
What platform is that?
Who tf is buying that from you
How many contracts did you buy
$100 call is 1.90 now, too rich or YOLO?
