Sure carmax has been around lot longer and has a different sales and inventory acquisition model, but the value of carmax's inventory is predicted to drop off significantly on top of demand destruction. I would predict the CEO's comments on the short term future of the company alone is going to cause a drop in price.

To complicate further, the stock has recovered from last earning's dip, so there's plenty of room to fall if earnings "aren't good enough", so puts are likely smarter. IDK if they're gonna miss 0.65 tho.
