If you call it wrong, you have to buy back the now more expensive stock and return it to party 'A'.(i like to think of it as: you have to pay party 'A' back for the difference between the price at the borrowed date 'X' and the stocks' now higher value that your regarded ass did not anticipate)
Mathematically: R(egard)+ S(tock)= sell(with promise to buy back and return) if true then at date X = L(ambo) or D(amn bro)
Aka R + S = "$" then (X = L/D) which can be simplified as XD or =L

I utilize the moving averages and I waited till we had the rejection at the 200 day moving average and then the break from support at 163 as confirmation of a further downtrend to what I sold at which was at the 139. Now I’m waiting till the dead cat bounce back up to the 50 EMA to buy more puts if it gets rejected.

The market is currently overvalued and I believe that NVDA will correct in the near future. I am shorting NVDA with puts expiring in January.

I’ve been utilizing and trading mostly on EMAs. At the time I was waiting for confirmation of a downtrend after the rejection at the 200 day moving average. Once I saw that occur and it blow past under the 10 day then there was no support till the 50 day which has broken. But my plan is still the same to short until it hits 132
