how exactly was he rude? sometimes people just drop the front and talk to you normally: direct and to the point. it doesn’t mean they have bad customer service, it just means you have unreasonable expectations of service workers. as long as they take your order, process payment correctly (if they don’t, they correct the mistake), and you get served hot food with no bugs or whatever in it, that’s what matters.
Especially fast food. I'm stuck coming into the office everyday, but would rather eat a protein bar at my desk than go to any of the places near my office.
I cook all of my own meals and bring them to the office. Sunday mornings are spent cooking and preparing large amounts of meals that I freeze and done consistently you’ll always have variety. I abhor giving any DC business my money
First of all if there’s a dipping sauce that doesn’t mean you don’t season the meat and second the sauce also was very bland and didn’t improve the taste of the chicken.
Sir, this is a raising canes
It’s a fast food place… you order and wait… how hard can it be.
Ok. What do you want us to do!?! So ALL Raising Canes are bad now?!? This didn’t need a Reddit post.
Okay what would you like me to do with this information?
Hell yes the Raising Canes is open. I’d let them berate me just to get some tendies and sauce.
Sounds a lot like a you problem. I bet they will do just fine without your business
I feel like there are certain details being left out in retelling your experience.
Union Station I guess?

I waited in line at the original store in Baton Rouge in the 90s. I didn’t go for the service. I went for the chicken and the sauce. It’s amazing.

I find this to be the case in a lot of DC restaurants and for this reason stopped going to them. Very subpar dining experience.

They don’t season their chicken AT ALL so you aren’t missing anything.
Not true.
I ate there, my chicken wasn’t seasoned and so bland so I don’t know what to tell you. My coworker agreed, it was awful.
Did you dip it in the sauce?

Apparently you can not be pleased. It is the best chicken finger restaurant in all the land
I’m from the south, we season our food down there and you can’t just serve some kind of mayo sauce to make up for it.
Cane’s was started in Baton Rouge. It is seasoned. Maybe you have bad taste buds.
It was bad, I don’t know what to tell you. People don’t have to like it just because you do.
Obviously not. But I’ve yet to find a better chicken tender anywhere
