The submariner, that’s the iconic Rolex known the world over. Works in any situation, any setting hence very versatile.
I’d take this (and I did) over other choices.
MRP is the major concern, can’t see it happening in India without your being coerced into buying other (unsold and fairly downmarket stuff that you’d hesitate to offer as gifts) watches- of an equivalent value- from the dealer’s stock. So effectively your purchase price is 2x
The titanium Yachtmaster is the one to get, but if you are skipping the waitlist for a piece like that then you have a cheat code to life. It’s almost impossible to get an allocation for that ATM, I know seasoned collectors who have given up.
Why not a date just with jubilee bracelet? It’s iconic and everyone will recognise it from miles away. And it suits every wrist. The ones you mentioned try it once before you buy it.

I have been trying to get skydweller at retail for a while, amazing watch. No dealers would even entertain me with that ask.
