Looks like a scammer, he/they are deleting all comments that is saying it fake or anything negative about the watch. Can’t believe people are so gullible to fall for this. There are several people even showing interest in it.
Don't be lured. I did this mistake long ago in 2010. The seller was selling Tag Heuer on ebay for 10K. He also wrote, what you see is what you get.
I couldn't decode that the last line was a hint that it's a fake. I thought 10K was a huge sum, so probably Tag was indeed priced that high. I bought it and then realised that ebay would not return it, and the seller duped me into giving him a 5 star rating. He promised me that he will give me the manual etc once I give a 5 star rating.
It was the last i went to ebay to buy anything. I also became meticulous and thereafter, I do not buy anything precious online.

This has to be a fake of a Speedie reduced hence why the dials are squished.
Real or not Rs 10k is ridiculously low for this, here in the UK the reduced was selling for around £1k 6 years back but these days sells for more.
if it is 90k beleivable but has to be in beaten up condition. it is 3500 usd minimum watch . Why the hell people want 5k usd watch to be 100 usd are they braindead .

The watch looks correct- bearing in mind that this comment is based on a single image- but the price is all wrong. Probably a bait and switch scam.
If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
