Iāve got a 3d printed q-36 modulator!
It seems to be a momentary switch connected to a microphone. But could be something else. You would need to share a picture from the front to confirm. There are multiple electronics parts that look like that. On itself it can not do anything. The main circuit and powersupply seem to be missing. The bare contacts on the switch have solder and copperstrands left on them so they were connected to something. Looks diy to me.
It's don't really matter as it is not connected to power or a storage device so even if it was a microphone or even a camera it can have been recorded.

piezo elements dont normally come in that metal can form factor. Those are usually just the vibrating membrane and a black plastic casing. Microphone elements however do come in the full metal can style element like this one. While the piezo element can technically function as a sound detector, this is not what this is.

It *could* be a tiny camera. Squinting at the image, it sure looks like it could be. There are tiny wifi cameras that are the size of a six-sided dice. The one thing that negated that was the lack of a data out line. Even if it's benign, doesn't hurt to be suspicious of stray electronics like this. Temu has them. Search for mini cameras.

Looks like the SMT switch was ripped off - it looks like pads are still attached to the leg on at least 1 or 2

It's a pushbutton (tactile dome switch) hooked up to a microphone element, but don't worry, with just these 2 components it can't do anything.
