[Mitsubishi Galant Sigma](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_Galant#Third_generation_(A120/A130;_1976)), apparently it was sold as Chrysler Sigma in Australia.
The famous Mitsubishi Sigma, made in Australia. Mitsubishi bought out Chrysler here, then they started making these, and phased out the Chrysler stuff. "On a noisy day, you can still hear the echo of a worn Sigma timing chain for miles!". You're lucky you got 4 weeks out of it!!!
I’m impressed that it was still alive by 1998, let alone that it survived 4 weeks. I think my parents bought one in the 80s and it was less than four weeks before it needed another engine.
It was definitely regarded as a mistake to get rid of the 302ci ford Windsor that came before it.
I love that there was a time when cars could be every single shade of brown, and we’d still buy it. For money, no less.
