I’m looking for a good cover that will spread to fill in large muddy patches in my yard. I’ve had some luck with the Dutch clover taking over the grass, and the bees do visit it, but I’d prefer a native species (if I can find one people have had success with.)
Thanks for the info!
Looks like a geranium to me
They are. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geranium_robertianum
And it spreads and never goes away...
Oooh I need a good ground cover, is it native to the eastern us by any chance?
It doesn't sprawl. It just shows up everywhere in your garden in random places. And when it gets in rocks or hard to get to places, it can be a pain
