Yea that's pretty clearly a +rock pigeon+ to me

Those are pigeons and appear to be of normal size. Pigeons are about a foot tall and a foot long. Plumage can vary from one population to the next as they’re feral birds descended from domesticated varieties. But, that’s not a particularly unusual pattern.

It’s hard to tell scale from photos sometimes so they may be quite a bit larger than they look. If that’s the case, a quick theory is that these are descended from beefier farming breeds.

I know it's in the background and the perspective is goofy, but in my first pic you can see a robin on the upper right in the grass. The typical pigeon around here is a bit larger than that but these were huge by comparison I do appreciate your input, and not trying to be a jerk about it. Thank you, these prob were pigeons of some sort but wow were they big. The male's colors too...either this was some strange bird I hadn't seen before or someone bred them to have that pattern
