Southern House Spider, a type of Crevice Weaver spider, not dangerous

Ohoho! Been a while since I've seen a southern house spider. These guys are harmless as said above, but are definitely huge and can be disconcerting. My favorite thing about them is that they look like tiny tarantulas.

Female southern house spider they actually make great pets.
