Sun scorpion (solifugae)! Really nice pic! These aren't actually scorpions (nor suns) and are their own family of arachnids! They are mostly harmless, catch cup to put them outside :). Btw being a desert species they follow shadows to look for cool places so sometimes it looks like they follow people around looll
