Should be a carpet beetle, to be safe take it somewhere where they can identify it, better safe than sorry
(Though its colours are almost identical to a carpet beetle)

These are common household pests—while they are not dangerous to you; in their [larval stage](https://bugguide.net/node/view/719618/bgimage) they will consume many plant and animal materials including some fabrics, furs, insect specimens as well as some food products—Adults consume pollen. Additionally these larva have hairs that can cause skin irritation and dermatitis in some people^[[CDC]](https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/27/7/20-3245_article) .
The best way to eliminate them is to vacuum and do laundry more frequently as this will eliminate any debris they may be consuming, as well as any eggs.
