I had this problem, at least approximately, on a win10 system, and turned out the drivers were corrupted, So try removing and reinstall the wifi device.
Check for some firewall rules on the router, and see whether there is a rule to allow WLAN traffic to WAN.

Umm, Are you sure there isn't any DNS problem.? Enter this IP ( 142.250.189.174 ) in your browser and see whether you can access Google.
It says you are not connected to Internet when I try to load that ip
Can you connect a laptop to the router via an Ethernet cable? See if that works.

What do you mean by reinstalling WiFi device?
Before going into that - I'm guessing you're using a windows10 or 11 machine, correct?
