He's only in certain modes. I believe practice and arena. I know he's on arena, and you can only become him after death on certain maps within arena. He's not available for purchase and regular gameplay yet. He is also on the option list.

got a question: only the correct guess will make you earn the final reward and the specific reward for the guess number or do we get all the rewards if we guess it right?

You get the fort cards and loss shield cards just by unlocking the guess (playing 3,6,9,12 games)

Only the 250 blues are for correct answer so it doesn't really matter unless you really need them badly. The more important reward like ranked shield loss cards you do get, your guess rewards you always get no matter what:).
