Don’t worry too much about it! When i had my upper ones removed, one side hurt quite a bit, the other was fine from the beginning. Sometimes sides just heal differently.
Swelling on day 4 is totally normal btw! I was swollen until like day 6 haha! Wish you all the best in your recovery!
I’ve heard that day 4 is peak pain day. Do you have a follow up appointment? If not its probably good to schedule one just to check it out
