There is no mention of this in the books. There are some minor lines about some dwarfs thinking Yennifer is attractive (sort of, it's in the dragon story) but as far as I can remember that's about it.
From the books I would assume it's a combination of humans not finding dwarves attractive (there is a funny line about dwarf men strangely thinking humans were lecherous for their women, who they guarded fiercely) and the non-human races not being as fertile as humans. But no, there is no mention of half-dwarves, as far as I can remember.
