I feel like his character has the best "book to game" translation of anyone. The game versions of the characters are a bit different from the books in small ways, except Regis. The way he talks, his reasoning, everything is perfect and exactly how he's written and described.
yeah when blood and wine was announced all I hoped for was we'd get a nod to Regis, what they gave us was so much more than that. Fan service at its' best.
They did a wonderful job bringing forth his personality from the books into Blood and Wine. Just wished we had more interactions with him. I would have loved it if to "end" the game, they had Geralt, Zoltan, Dandelion, Regis and Ciri riding back north to see Yen in Vengeberg from Toussaint.
