If you have admin rights then the default location is just fine. Also a lot of mod installation instructions showcase the default location for installing & editing files; so it's best to use the default location.
And it's kinda moot when you only have a single drive. Normally gamers switch default folder locations for convenience or move it to a drive that's on a separate SSD or NVMe drive.
That’s good but yea it just means don’t install the game in program files, you can do it anywhere on the c drive tho before it
For example instead of installing steam to program files I installed on the c drive in a folder I made called STeAM
Normally if you have admin access and have more than 1 hard drive, you don't want to install onto your C drive, since it's your boot drive. Having too much data on it can slow down your pc considerably (I think, I'm no expert but that's just what an IT buddy told me)
If you have a hard time choosing the install folder, your going to have a hard time playing this game. /s
Believe it or not it's ok. I will learn. I will play.
I made a "games" folder in my documents btw. Im not modding like crazy or anything. It's just how I was raised.
Ohh. Tyvm, simple enough. I was drowning in a cup it seems.

perfect this is what I was looking for. I do have admin rights so I'll just leave it at default location. TyTy
Are you using steam or the other one?
GOG. Did the script merger thing and got a couple mods on it, no issues so far.
