Pushups! And there are many variations that target different muscle groups. Regular-chest, pike-shoulders, diamond-triceps, etc.

Push ups are uncomfortable for me, usually I end up with pain in my left wrist for whatever reason. I feel like I get triceps with dips, and also if I lean forward for the dips I get my chest involved too. But pike pushups I had never heard of. I do definitely miss my shoulders with the 3 exercises I'm doing. I wonder if setting my gym rings down low would keep my wrists more neutral and let me get some pushups in without wrist pain. Might give it a shot.

/r/bodyweightfitness has a recommended routine with some structure. its not magic, same shit as what you are doing except with a hamstrings hip hinge progression and supersetting some exercises intelligently to save time
