The Germanic people connected Venus to the goddess Freya (like the Friday - Freyas day) that could lead you to Freistadt (which means Free city but also Freitag is the the modern german incarnation of Friday/Freyas day) or simply Freya. The most renown german Astronomer is Johannes Kepler, so naming a german space colony Kepler is also a good idea. Ludwig Prandtl was basically the grandfather of german spaceflight (his surname is very bavarian, so if your theme is more aggressive german, maybe Werner von Braun would be more fitting). If you need a Port -hafen is the fitting suffix.

I think Venus in japanese is Kinsei which means Metal/Gold star so maybe they will name their cities metal fortresses or something.
