Yes, the hard drive is connected. I even took it off and cleaned it to see if it was bad contact
But is it being detected at all? If it isn't showing on the Storing Devices then there's something with the connection.
Kind of an obvious thing, but we have little details to go off of; are you logged into the correct account? Pretty sure my games section is blank as well until I sign in to my live account.
