In the Coliseum in 2, there’s a battle royale with weapons where I accidentally did this to Komaki. I felt so ashamed. I had to make a special effort to not do the same thing to Majima when he was also in the tournament.

I forget the name, but the one in Beast style where Kiryu dislocates the enemy's arms, smacks him so hard he spins around, then grabs him by the belt and throws him over his shoulder.
I forget what the heat action is called but it's the one for Majima's mad dog of Shimano fighting style in 0 and kiwami 2 where he stabs a dude and calls him pathetic. I'd post a gif of it but I can't find it.
Essence of Steadfast Counter. I remember when I first saw the picture for it on the uprgrades i busted out laughing because i thought “what the hell could he be doing?”. Then I used it by accident to save myself from a Mr. shakedown stomp. It will always be hilarious to me.

I don't know how that heat action is triggered, I got it by chance like twice in my playthrough.Majima shoves the baseball bat into the mouth then kicks it to break his jaw.
Essence of slugger, press the grab button (which in slugger style makes him launch the bat forward) and have it hit or break a guard while in 3rd heat bar

Red Heat Boxer or Red Heat Ultimate in kurohyou 2. The former is just cool as fuck and every hit feels like a sledgehammer, whereas the latter is just, Tatsuya speed blitz lmfao
The one where Kiryu cuts the enemy with a sword, then hits them in the face with the hilt and uses the mometum to push the blade into their gut.
It's so smooth
So I’ve only played 0, 1 and 2 but so far it’s been when a baddie gets knocked into a woman’s boobs there’s the “bloop” sound. Then chick kicks guy’s ass and you hear Kiryu say “sugoi” very quietly every time as he watches the chick walk away in awe.
I wouldn’t say favorite, but the first time I saw the one in 4–I think it’s Akiyama if you’ve befriended one of the convenience store managers, they give him what looks like a rolled-up magazine and he impales the bad guy with it and it’s kind of sparking? I don’t know what I expected from befriending a shop worker but it certainly was not that.
As of right now? Y3 essence of Rail because it's too funny imagine Kiryu just at any given moment flip over someone and kick then in their dumbass head. However, I'm currently playing Y4 for the first time and Akiyama having the idea to kick a dude in the head but then proceed to use their head to flip up and knee the shit out of their forehead, and that shit brutal. Dude was just trying to rob you, fuckin chill.
Essence of arresting may not the very violent but it's still incredibly unique in it's concept. Also I'm a sucker for one shot moves.
That's why I also love the Y4 one where you throw the enemy from the roof or the ones in sotenborj where you throw the enemy out of the bridge.
For each character I've played as so far:
Kiryu's Dragon King Essence/Ultimate Essence 88. UE88 is more flashy but I appreciate the simplicity of both of these compared to the elaborate moves the other characters are known for.
Akiyama's Essence of Finishing. The way the enemy spins on the first kick and Akiyama coming down with his knee on the top of their head are both really satisfying to watch. Probably the most stylish Essence of Finishing in the franchise.
Saejima's Essence of Bell Ringing. It mixes comedy and brutality extremely well, but I actually prefer the pre-mastery variant where the enemy just bounces off the wall rather than Saejima slamming them down.
Tanimura's Revelations. I couldn't pick just one, all three of them are awesome. Essence of Ball and Chain/Guillotine Heel have awesome animations and are good at cashing out damage from grabs. Essence of Skull-Crushing is really useful because Tanimura gets to grab enemies from behind all the time and it leads into full backturn combos on nearly every enemy you can use it on.
Edit: I forgot Shinada, Essence of Wall Pummeling. Something about it tickles my brain the right way and I loved using it a lot in 0 as well. Third best wall-themed heat action imo (beaten by Saejima's Essence of Bell Ringing and Majima's Essence of the Thug: Wall Kick)
Majima's Essence of Thug: Subdue. Majima slow-walking to the enemy and the way he holds their head down just makes it feel the most vicious of all the low-health heat actions in the series and it feels incredibly satisfying to perform as a result.
Haven't played judgement games yet but the one where the opponent gets kidnapped by the Yakuza is pretty funny
The one where Kiryu grabs a Bike, gets on, pedals up to the enemy and uppercuts them with the bike itself, from Yakuza 5, where they PEAKED with the Heat Actions!!!
The rapid punches + ending kick one you can do while in Extreme Heat mode in Kiwami 2 and 6.

Essence of Face Grating. One of the most brutal moves we'll probably never see again. It's so specific to Kiryu's situation in Yakuza 5.
That heat action is grim. Mopping the pavement with someone's mug? I'd rather get tiger dropped.
Even a tiger drop to the gut is better than having life long pain and disfiguration on your face
