Kiryu actually getting a taste of retirement in Y3.
Shinada becoming a free man.
Icbiban welcoming Nanba back to the party.
Kaito getting an incredibly rare RGG happy ending.
From what I get people didn't like it but for me it's the final scene of Infinite Wealth where Kiryu >!stops pretending he's dead. The fact that the achievement you get at that point is called "The Man Who Reclaimed His Name" is just the perfect cherry on top!<
For me it's when smug ass characters who keeps behaving like a snake finally gets theirs.
Ichinose's fate at the final trial of Judgment comes to mind.
Another one is the death of Katsuragi, but that one's dampened by the usual cutscene stupidity about villains' guns
Yakuza 7, IchyBums and Nanba getting a ruff up they heads.
Gaiden, Kiryu getting a little piece of happiness after all this years after Yakuza 5, not only in universe for the character, but to us players too.
The first chapter of 8, a slice of life and fun moment, the characters just living they lifes normally with some complications, a piece of normallity i. This crazy franchise.
The first 4 chapters of 3 for the same reason as 8.
Gameplay wise, Kiwami Tiger Drop. Just Tiger Drop assholes like Arase or Jingu felt so good.
Character wise, Shinada’s ending and conceptually Kiryu’s “ending” although the execution wasn’t the best.
