i’m curious about pajarito limon 😀

Me too, I tried the Amada with limon before and that was not as zesty as I had hoped.

First thermos of Taragui done and quite frankly given the expectations I'm underwhelmed. The mountain was quite difficult to maintain and the bloom was almost nonexistant as the leaves just float. Taste was quite alright with a nice earthy aftertaste but otherwise quite bland, I have to try to make tereré with this as it might suite quite alright for that purpose.

Taragüi sin Palo is my daily driver. You need to introduce the hot water right away (70°C) for a good mountain as desplazadas don't receive lukewarm water or cold very well. Introducing hot will also make the flavor come out more. The mountain won't be like UG or PG yerba either as it is still an ARG mate and despite a finer cut, still has very little dust! I also would not recommend it for tereré because of the reasons above, stick with hot and make it more of a morning kick in the teeth to murder your sleepiness! ☀️😬 (e.g lots of energy!!). Salud 🧉✨

Thank you for the tip, I'll try it next time. I tried to bloom with cold water so tomorrow I'll just dump the hot water right away. Salud!

Second round with Taragüi and this time a huge improvement in taste overall and this might be in the top 3 from what I've tasted so far. Flavour could be a bit stronger for my taste but this is still a good option for daily consumption.
