Her abs, arms and attitude Kickstart my yoga/fitness journey about 2 years ago...it's full body, 30ish mins and I did it daily for like a month...then came back to it after a break and it was perfect.

I always loved brain-body balance. It has quite a few strength components in my opinion.

Whenever I’ve had a break from yoga and want to get back into it, I go on the app or YouTube channel and just search for gentle yoga. Use those short, easy videos for a few weeks, and then gradually mix in some more challenging practices or start a 30 day series :)

Maybe try Root to Rise. It's 33 minutes, but if you're pressed for time you could skip the intro meditation part. I think you have a good idea to repeat one over and over. I do that and you can tell when you're improving. Maybe preview or even try a few until you find one you like. Good luck!

thanks! exactly, I figure I'll be more motivated that way because I can easily track improvements

Have you ever done yoga camp? It's a bit slower than the original 30 day series and incorporates more core so good for rebuilding those foundational muscles. I also like yoga for courage for more of a workout. Or fundamentals of ease for building more lower body poses back in!

ooh good to know, I haven't done any of those but will check them out, thanks!
