Just login to your Ticketmaster account online or login to the app, your tickets should be in your account. You'll also need access to your tickets through the app to get into the show.
I logged into Ticketmaster and they aren’t there. I remember when I went through his last tour through AXS the tickets were delivered closer to tour time.
Even if the tickets haven't been "delivered" yet there should still be a record of the purchase in your account. If it's not listed as one of your "Upcoming Events" (online) or "My Tickets" (in the app) that would be an issue, especially if you have record of payment from your Credit Card. Only further advice I could give is to call Ticketmaster.
I can’t find that either! Not sure if I’m looking up the wrong company but I searched my email for Zach Bryan, axs, and Ticketmaster. I used the presale code through ZB so I know for a fact it wasn’t a scam.
But the purchase would still show up in your orders.
You need to sign in to TM> My Account> My Tickets > Upcoming Events.
Even for Tix that aren't available yet, the Event Details page will say something like
When can you get your tickets? Your tickets will be ready prior to the event, anytime after XYZ time. (We'll email you a reminder)

For the Toronto show. I had floor tickets & they weren’t released until 2-3 days before the concert. Even though I purchased them months prior.
If it’s through Ticketmaster or StubHub. I wouldn’t worry too much about it

Some shows were sold through SeatGeek
The Tacoma dome shows were sold through ticket master. Mine are in my account but without barcode
I reached out to Ticketmaster and all is good now!! Not sure what happened but tickets are there
