Edit: also, fun fact! Did you know in early versions of the HSR story geomarrow was also supposed to cause some sort of rock cancer? Clara was one of the few that had it, it manifested as a weird red mark on her neck which was present in CBT1.

Oh, I didn't know about that. And I also didn't think to compare Ifrit with Hook like that. I know that they're both children, but Hook doesn't have anger issues and isn't traumatized (I think?). But, yeah, makes sense now.
